Boat Levitate lasts until zone-out.
I pot-roomed to the docks in East Freeport. The boat happened to be at the dock when I zoned in, and I was granted the levitate that was coded in to keep people from falling through the deck of the P99 boat. That levitate lasted until I zoned out to West Freeport. There was no buff icon. I casted Gather Shadows on myself and there was a buff icon for that. No other buffs.

This has happened to me zoning into TD on the raft from Oasis. Seemed like the faster I zoned the more likely it was to happen.

Still happening. Im bound at docks in oot and if the boat is at docks i have perma lev even though im not close enough to the boat to recieve levitate from it.
