Your gut is probably the absolute most difficult thing to get rid of for most people. You can do 100+ crunches a day with an hour of cardio and still have a gut. It's just not in some people's body type.

Well i've weighed 10stone (140lbs) for as long as i can remember. I wish i had a gut... you can rest things on it... that looks useful!
