Currently farming these on Blue. I wouldn't accept anything less than 250.

I've killed almost 200 PH's and haven't even seen the named mob spawn yet. To say they are rare is an understatement.

There's only two on the server, and we are how many days in? The first guy sold his cheap to a friend so now his guildies thinks they will go cheap from now on. With how rare they are... highly unlikely.
