Helms of Giant Warriors
I saw a thread from October 2016, but not replies from staff. I just turned in 40 helmets, one at a time, to Kcor. I started at Kindly and stayed in Kindly. This quest is supposed to give +15 unless the number on the wiki is wildly inaccurate. I seem to recall this working in the past though. Characters name is Starrinnat and the turnins were done around 10:10 AM PST, 6-18-21.

I am not sure about the point of your response...
I was definitely not receiving 15 faction per helm turn in. I have done this same turn in before on a different character and I was receiving 15. Other people in my guild have responded as also having this issue with recent turn ins, whereas it previously giving 15. | ||
