Was out of town last week so didn't get to the gym. However, my beginner's Kendo test is coming up in 3 weeks and it's a lot harder than anticipated. So I'm going to be doing a lot more kendo practice. It's pretty hard work. i am GAINING callouses on my hands and feet as I study the blade

i've tripled my daily kendo practice. tomorrow i have to let my hand rest so that i don't rip holes in the skin. medical tape helps during the practice sessions but there's a limit.
masturbation is not going to be good anymore with these callouses. i'll do a nice back day tomorrow methinks ;-) (((Get swoel))) | ||

I'm really really proud of all of you.
I'm going to get going with some routine soon. I know the one thing I lack is any kind of muscular definition. You guys are really inspiring. | ||

ye s the only way to get muscular definition is to lose fat. you'll eventually need to develop muscles, so it's best to workout simultaneously so you don't atrophy while getting "Toned". the idea that muscles themselves are toned or not toned is myth.
