King Tormax faction issue

I used charm to turn in 80 coldain heads to Captain Bvellos and after i accidentally took a faction hit lowering KT faction i got the message it could not possibly get any worse.

Seems heads turn ins only raised Kromzek And Kromrif factions so i'm wondering if it is because i am kos to those 2 factions and i used charm. Any thoughts plz?

You do not get faction gains when you charm an NPC for turn ins

I'm almost sure you don't get any faction hits doing quests when the quest NPC is charmed unless it was changed.

Edit: Yeah looks like Nilbog was aware charmed NPC's shouldn't give faction hits in 2014.

best case scenario instead of charm, find a snarer, snare him, and invis for every turn in until your on minimun faction
