I dream of rich zoysia and embracing the Monster energy white can. I think I could be totally content working around the property. Would need a micro excavator & skid steer along with a good size yard tractor.

Lol I have literally no idea what any of those things are other than Monster energy

But it sounds like if you could rent that equipment and do the job yourself you could save a lot of money. I was just gonna pay a crew probably :/
