You are 100% right. It is not interacting with the game, it’s not somehow cheating, and it will never be a bannable offense. There will also be no way for anyone to know you are using whatever kind of timers you use.

I hope you find a suitable Discord bot or other utility to track these. I’m not an expert on all that. Maybe just a Google spreadsheet if you have nothing better.

At this point every guild on blue/green probably has a timer bot set up, members can give the latest time of death for mobs and depending how good people are at updating it the better of a resource it is.
