Default Clarification of rules regarding messing with mobs

I understand that you can't mess with mobs if they are OOR (blue rules), but what if they are grouped withj someone in range to me? I can then mess with their mobs without getting banhammered?

I think you're supposed to kill them first, then kill the mobs. If you killed the in range folks then the group wiped or something, then the mob would be fair game. That's my understanding, anyway.

As far as i understand the rules, anyone that is unhappy at any point while playing on Red can get you banned for typing any random letters after /petition followed by your name.

Straight out of the rule book.
