Game Won't Launch

Hello everyone. First time posting.

When I try to launch Everquest Titanium with the Project 1999 file I get an error message saying: The program can't start because DSETUP.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I have Mcafee Anti-Virus active. Is that the problem or is it something else?

Yep, exclude your EQ directory in your antivirus settings, and restore dsetup.dll cause McAfee ate it.
