Target window HP not updating on some targets.

Last week I began to notice my target window was not properly updating the health of certain targets. It seemingly started in Sky when the call came out for emergency heals on the MT... who, to me, appeared to be at 86%. Despite landing heal after heal, that never changed.

Lately, it seems to be happening on more and more targets. Still a major problem with the MTs, and as of yesterday I've also begun noticing it on NPCs. Reloading my UI seems to fix it, but only temporarily.

Using a modified version of the Velious UI, but have had no trouble with it for literal years. Anyone know what might be up?
