Default No new executables found

I normally run p99 through wineskin on a new macbook pro, recently upgraded to mac high sierra. Game didn't work so I wiped computer and reinstalled OS. Now when installing p99 I get a message that says "no new executables found" when trying to install the game after opening the eq titanium discs.

"Oops! No new executables found! Maybe the installer failed...? If you tried to instal somewhere other than the C: drive (drive_c in the wrapper) then you will get this message too. All software must be installed in C: drive."

I'm doing exactly what I've always done. The only change is now I'm using high Sierra instead of Sierra.
