Spells: Potion of Stinging Wart

Potion of Stinging Wart is broken on P1999 and could really use an update.

Currently on P1999, if I right-click the potion, the spell effect "Calimony" is not working as intended:

1) It is supposed to heal 300hp as well as increase max hitpoints by 300 but it is not healing at all. The healing effect was part of what made this potion extremely desirable, so this is a real letdown.

2) My character shows the new max hitpoint total with the 300hp increase (for example, 700hp total is now 1000hp total), but my existing health score of 700, for example, will never increase to 1000. It doesn't matter if I get healed, natural regeneration, etc. It simply stays at 700/1000.

Still no resolution? I'm surprised considering how major of a potion this was (is this not being fixed due to it being considered too powerful?). I was hoping this would be ready for Kunark...

These have always worked just fine for me, unless they had been broken in the past few months which I sincerely doubt.
