Default Spell Icon Issues...

I am having a weird problem with my spell icons. For examlpe the normal icon for disease cloud DoT is not being show instead. All of my icons seems messed up in the fact certain spell icons are shown for the wrong spells. (Slow undead necro spell comes up as SoW on icon) any ideas?

Ok when I did that it fixed them but gave them all the classic icon look. Is it not possible to have the second generation spell icon look and have them correctly?
