Default Illusions face cycling

Illusions from masks for sure assume spells were the same, should cycle faces. This client has a set face that never changes for illusions.

I do not believe this to be true. I remember guise of the deceiver for example, gave players the same face each time, respectively.

i.e.

Half elf with face 2. Click guise, should have dark elf face 2.
Human with face 4. Click guise, should have dark elf face 4.
etc

If you have research about this, post it up.

It was consistent.

However one thing that is missing is the "big dark elf" thing when an ogre etc uses a guise.

I'm wondering if you've taken a crack at that one. I haven't seen it happen here yet.

Maybe I am losing it with age. Little I found so far people seems to agree with the face# as Nilbog said. Swear I would cycle HE bard w/ face6 to DE face7 cause it was my favorite in the day. If I find anything different will make sure to rub it in your face...

This! I was disappointed when I got my barb rogue her guise and she wasn’t an Amazonian dark elf.

I’d be willing to bet platinum illusions never face cycled in the classic era.
