Relieving an old thread. Im back to make fashion, whether stats are GREAT or not, it really depends. Those are beautiful armors. They cant be seen everywhere since they are almost forgoten. Call it retro or hipster, they got a "haute couture" feeling in that Velious uniformist era. If you want the true classic experience, they are the thing. Wear something to the colors of your god or your city. Have a close look at the race/ deity restriction.
Meant for Roleplayers, fashion victims and half elves rapists. But most likely humans, demi elves and dark elves (which in this case got nice stats). To some degree erudites, barbarians, halflings, gnomes and wood elves for super fashion POWER.
