Also, preparing for the full doesn’t necessarily mean running a full while training, it doesn’t have to be that bad

No resolutions, just goals.
A resolution should be something you create when you have an epiphany or some enlightening experience. Goals should be set and reset at specific time intervals. Anyone who thinks they are setting a resolution at a specific time interval is just trying to put some emotional intensity behind their goal. Emotional intensity behind a goal is important, but so is living in reality. LET'S GO 2022! (hopefully not "2020 too")
