No and here is why

The exp bonus is mitigated by the fact that you will be killed by people higher level than you and better geared than you while leveling. Pvp deaths aren't a bad exp loss but losing your camp, CRing, and finding a new camp take time away from gaining XP.

Secondly this account has a guise and a thex dagger which no longer drops.

Finally only one guild has access to planar loots which this account has, so while it can be said there is no competition, that is not necessarily correct unless you join that one guild!
