You aren't thinking about this correctly. Changes are made based on the era, not time. P99 is not considered to be 9 years into its life, its considered to be at Velious, before Luclin.

Everything you just said is post Luclin.

Vulak died at 7 am EDT this morning? I'm sure it was all oceanic players killing it their prime leisure time evening hours and not US and Euro based pixel addicts who should all have something better to do on a Wednesday at that time. Cool and normal.

You just aren't getting it. Being able to log on in the middle of the night while your opponents are sleeping is the height of competition, and that's what makes P99 great.
