This spell basically drops off any of the big dragons in Velious. Can drop off Wuoshi in WL, or off the main dragon in Cobalt Scar. I have heard of this spell dropping, but off of very high enemies.

Hmmm... strange, I was able to cast it while in Nagafen's Lair. I had thought it was an outdoor spell like the other wind spells, but cast it by accident at a Solusek Kobold and bam! it went off and did full damage, but got resisted twice after that. Eck!

The GD tooth dropped at GD ring. It's within that circle, not hard to spot. Once you have CS key, other Velious key is trash, just don't destroy CS key by accident.

This circle is actually the safest of the druid Velious ports but still not entirely safe. The tooth is lying on the ground in the middle of the ring all you have to do is pick it up (it respawns every 45 secs-1 min). The tooth is soulbound and if you have this one you don't need the Iceclad one (this tooth works for both and the Wakening Lands works for all 3). Hope that helps.

The Tooth for the GD portal spell can be picked up right in the middle of the GD portal lying on the ground. Its one of those pesky items staziong in your inventory even when killed. No problem getting it and maintaining it. as for the CS tooth and it replacing the Gd tooth ? sorry no idea yet.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a lvl 39 spell, right? So why on earth did they put in in a zone with 40-60 mobs? Not to mention that you have to go through Kael to get it. I mean sheesh, I'm going to have to call in the heavy hitters in my guild just to baby sit me as I go get the spells. Uncool.
LOW DOWN ON DRAGON PORTAL TEETH, By Parf (6/30/2001)

If you just want the tooth for the GD port, go to the Great Divide Dragon Portal spot (about -3800, +3800)and on the ground in the middle is the tooth. Its Lore/No Drop.
The Wakening Land (WL) you do the same to get that key, go to the Wakening Land Dragon Portal spot (-3000,-3000)and on the ground in the middle is the tooth.

The 3rd in the series Cobalt Scar (CS) is also in the middle of the ring.however the WL key once you have you don't need the GD key and once you have the CS key you don't need the WL key so to get WL key y ou have to run through kael and south west to that druid ring if you run yourself to CS and get that key you do not need the WL and GD keys CS key is the master key of the velious dragon rings'

Find the dragon ring and get the WL key and you wont need GD key.

3rd in the series, Cobalt Scar (CS), is also in the middle of the ring but getting to it is another story. CS is through Skyshrien which is on the other side of Wakening Lands through Kael Drakkel. Port to WL if you can. (Make sure Wuoshi is not up -- bad dragon'and lives near the dragon ring in WL.) If you walk to WL ring, you have to go through Kael and south west to that druid ring. Then get through skyshrine you need the exit key. To get the exit key you have to kill a drake near he entrance easy lvl 40 group thing. Pretty much anyone in SS will know the name and can help you. Now, finding exit is another thing though and takes some practice. Be sure to be invis if you're kos while you're running through the dragon city.

I just bought this spell 06/21/2001 on the live server Fennin Ro and the scroll is still 44th so looks like the drop down to 39th has not happened on the Live Servers as of yet.
This spell is now Sold by a Vendor in Wakening Lands.. The Vendor is Philip a Satyr On the upper platform of the Entrance to the Plane of Growth (approx 517, -1035) it costs about 8 pp and change not bad really....
