Thanks Seal Team. I was just talking with my friends today about how fun but difficult it will be to find an open raid once we're all at that level. We likely wont be 46 by the time this event occurs but it's cool you're doing it.

they have spoken in the past about wanting to do open raids on Christmas multiple times, not sure you why you wouldn’t expect them to follow through. By all means though tell them you would prefer to sock and race for mobs and I’m sure they will oblige and yes lots of people will dislike you for it. Can’t ya guys just be amicable on Christmas, they immediately corrected the wording on discord when addressed, this seems like a great way ya all to get together, slam eggnog, bourbon and have a good time while still having lots of time for RL as well. I for one think this is a great idea also prize giveaways?!

It’s Christmas Day. If you’re getting a guild Zerg together to try and compete on raid targets in a 20 year old MMO you’ve got issues.

Seal Team will be hosting open raids on Venril Sathir, Lord Nagafen, Lady Vox, Faydedar, Cazic Thule, and Innoruuk on Christmas Day, given no raid entities plan to compete. We will also be doing gift giveaways at each raid target. When each raid target spawns, an announcement will be made and everyone will have 30 minutes to arrive to the encounter to kill the target, roll on loot, and roll on gifts. You must be 46+, and of the appropriate class, to roll on raid loot from the open raid targets. Happy holidays everyone!
