Remove Hybrid penalty now -- wont happen. we are close enough to velious and nilbog say no.

Remove scaling bonus. Instead have a 2x xp rate 1-60. No need to complicate things. -- yes. should happen.

Legacy items -- maaayyybe. if the items were extremely rare. because you know they'd be camped 24/7 by neckbeards. leaning toward saying just NO, and nilbog will never let it happen anyway.

Binding in TD Enabled -- sure. and when velious comes out it will be obsolete anyway.

Enable Soul Binders -- yes, there should be a soul binder in certain cities (not all, concentrate the newb binds)

4 level pvp range -- sure, as long as raid zones remain ffa (but ah.. almost all zones are raid zones in velious..)

In-game leaderboard -- not sure this would be good for the server. grief factor.

Was 5 levels too much to ask? Rallos Zek proved that if you don't like PvP, level for a few hours and you will be out of range of the person attacking you. The blue server is already available at log in. Why do we need two?
