Default New player can't start the game

Hi I'm having trouble getting the game started.

I was following the instruction below from the 'getting started' link on the homepage

"To launch the game, use the "Launch Titanium" file found in your Titanium directory (This should have been extracted from the Project 1999 Files).

Remember to NEVER launch "Everquest.exe" or patch the game. Doing this will require you to completely reinstall Titanium!"

So I found Launch Titanium neither of them are .exe files they are windows Batch files (there are 2 one just in the Everquest 99 (what I called the folder I installed the game in) route folder and another in D>Everquest 99>EnvEmitterEffects>P99Files45 Both of them when I click them give me the following error message.

Could it have something to do with the fact the game discs wanted to install in >C>Programe Files (x86) and I made them install in D drive instead as that is where I put my games?

Thanks

The Launch Titanium is meant to be a Batch File. That is the only help I can give

have you tried downloading the latest patch and then dragging all its contents into the main folder?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your help. I got it to work I had to whitelist the game in my antivirus. I have troubles with fullscreen though where my cursors turns in to the windows cursor near the edge resulting in me switching to desktop when I try to click stuff at the edge of the screen. I have got it looking pretty good in windowed mode so it's not so bad [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
