I really don't see this ending peacefully for the world outside of Ukraine.

Other than Putin being assassinated by a Russian businessman tired of sanctions, it does seem like the conflict will only escalate

But as long as China doesn’t get fully on board, Russia can’t really go at the west. And I think China would rather have a weakened and subservient Russia to a triumphant one. But who knows, like I said, none of this shit makes sense. Russia should’ve just moved the Black Sea fleet to Sochi and let Ukraine do what it wanted to do, be a borderline failed state moving at a glacial pace towards democracy and EU standards
