Yea that sounds like malpractice. This is why when I had the lump on my neck ultrasounded a while back the ultrasound tech wouldn’t tell me whether it was cancer or not, even though I could tell she knew. She said due to liability concerns for a misdiagnosis she did not have the credentials to tell me. So I had to wait until the doctor could tell me it wasn’t cancer. So I think whoever gives the diagnosis could be liable for the result of that diagnosis

they will settle out of court and Rob will live large, playing EQ for the rest of his days.

She has a mammogram scheduled today. When she was initially diagnosed with leukemia, they also noticed a small cluster in one of her breasts. The chemo for the leukemia likely knocked it out, but they wanna make sure

She definitely has leukemia. She's had dozens of bone marrow samples, and an entire allogeneic transplant.

This would have been on top of that, but it turned out to be nothing.
