I don’t think porn in particular is any more damaging than looking at clothed beautiful women online. Both are not good to be doing IMO

As Peterson puts it, hundreds to thousands of years ago no human had the ability to comb through thousands of pictures of beautiful women. I personally think doing so can fuck with your standards. It can make you desire women that you probably can’t get and not desire as much the ones you can

Also, horniness is a good motivator to seek out relationships. I’ve personally noticed an inverse correlation between how much I look at beautiful women online and jerk off versus how much I think about dating and my standards when I do
