Default Breastplate of Twilight and Selos song of travel
It appears the buff does not use instrument mods for speed - is this behaving correctly?

correct behaviour from live in 2001; it uses unmodified song speed.

It does last five minutes so, you could travel slightly (65% vs 55%) faster than SoW thru Kael.
