Level 20 necro pet spell

Hello EQ!

Iksar necro approaching level 20 here on blue. Curious on what the community thinks is the best way to get my lvl 20 pet spell. It's only sold in Paineel, Grobb and Oggok and I'm pretty sure Iksar are killed on sight just about everywhere. I'd be fine researching the spell but I haven't found the words yet. I have no guild or friends that play EQ (yet).

Step 1: Buy some peridots
Step 2: Travel to one of those cities on your Necro
Step 3: Create a character that calls the city you chose... home
Step 4: Ground transfer peridots between Necro and character you made
Step 5: Go buy the spell with the character you made
Step 6: Ground transfer spell to Necro

Step 1: Kill low level skeletons or footpads in Field of Bone until a rusty shan'tok drops. Maybe polish it up so it looks fancy.
Step 2: Hang out in the Freeport newbie area until a naked human shows up. Trade the now tarnished shan'tok to the human along with a few pp and ask them to buy some Dwarf pickles from Boomba the Big for you.
Step 3: Hang out in Feerrrott until an ogre and I mean any ogre walks out of Oggok and trade him/her/it the dwarf pickles and the necessary pp to buy your new spell.
Step 4: Fill your bags repeatedly with Crushbone Belts courtesy of your new pet.

All the necros I know tip a troll or ogre at grobb or oggok for that spell. Grobb is easier I think since innothule is a very safe place to chill.
