Default Rathe Mountains?

I was in the Rathe Mountains today and there were 7 players in there and really very few giants spawning (compared to the numbers that used to be in there in old EQ). I camped that zone in the original game a lot and even with the zone inundated with harvesters there were still plenty of mobs to be had - now it looks like a ghost town. Is that zone defective or nerfed? - just curious.

I've noticed this too, it does seem a bit sparse. Might just be that I'm comparing it to the Kunark zones now, though.

i think on live HGs shared PHs with all the trash roaming the hill. here, the giants seem to be their own PH
