Is it because of the vaccine or is it maybe because those that are vaccinated are generally healthier with stronger immune systems, or have fewer underlying medical conditions making them less likely to need hospitalization, or that the unvaccinated are an overall more unhealthy group with greater instances of underlying medical issues that would make infection more severe?
