Will Seeds of Destruction work for P1999 at all?

The main reason I ask is I have a friend who is an old EQ player but he is not very interested in using P2P to download Titanium.

Seeds is convenient because its still on the market legitimately.

That doesn't answer the question, which is, can he use Seeds of Destruction to log into P1999?
