According to the original Plane of Fear designer, one of the phoboplasms in a cave in Plane of Fear should have a rare chance to drop Cazic loot. Never heard of this being a thing on P1999 so reporting the lack of it as unclassic!

I actually raised this before, but the problem is in determining when it was patched out, as I'm sure it eventually was, because I never found evidence of anyone actually getting the loot. Maybe others can find it.
