It would be a good move. Making gainz this past year, moved 32,000lbs total with my abs alone last week, gains for me. Gym is made of steel and drywall, no adobe to be found (thankfully). I don't hear the club music.

Steak and Eggs.

Be careful of who turned you onto this diet; you might end up on a statin.

Then you'd really have an axe to grind.

Move a little more and eat well.

Note: Go poke Zack with that statement, it'll be funny.

I currently weigh 97 kg.

I decided to take a more holistic approach to losing weight. So, I've been following the steps from this guide on a holistic lifestyle that emphasizes mindful eating, consistency (no skipping meals), and regular movement.

My aim? To lose at least 15 kg. But I'm wondering if this is a realistic target. It feels like a significant amount, but I'm committed to making sustainable changes in my lifestyle to reach it. Any tips or recommendations from others?
