Can another class complete the Canni 2 (Mcmerin's Feast) Questline?

Just wondering if I could complete this quest on my Druid, and then transfer the scroll to my Shaman- https://wiki.project1999.com/Cannibalize_II_(Good)

Wiki says Shaman only, but not sure if that is accurate?
