Do you need solro to MQ rod to someone for Insidious Glamour?

Just got the golden rod on my 47 monk. Would like to MQ it to my wife's 29 enchanter. She's got all the parts. Do I need faction or should I be able to just trade mine first and she does hers last?

I'm a human btw.

I can't say with certainty, but my understanding is that solro temple quest givers tend to be pretty lenient. For example, my brother (Innoruuk troll) just did the Broom of Trilon quest.

I just completed this whole quest with my druid. No need to MQ it. Just make sure your faction with Sultin is at least amiable. The best and fastest way is to do this quest:

You need pretty good faction for this quest, unlike some other Solro ones.

Yes. That enchanter quest giving fella is pretty stingy compared to the others. I'd try to get amiable faction or just help her get a rod (giggity).
