Client crash from Velious UI

"The client has attempted to load a different UIskin while Velious UI is in enforcement.
The game will now exit.

File: UIfiles\default\classic_pieces01.tga"

Getting this and then crash trying to enter world on a new character.

bump. Did fresh install and I'm still getting this when trying to enter the game. Any suggestions?
