Fullscreen/Window/Minimizing
Greets,
Just getting started again after many moons. When in fullscreen if I alt tab to second monitor it minimizes the game. Also if in fullscreen and I click on certain things like window locks for example it just minimizes. I realize this is a 20+ year old game and I have read the faq about changing window size but I was just wondering if there is an updated fix at all or just resize in the client ini is the only option. Also getting started is so very daunting so many posts and reposts and varying things to do. Then once in game I can't remember anything like keybinds, direction etc man so much lost it's not like riding a bike lol. | ||

Download the free program WinEQ2 n it fixes all directories and writing problems when adjusting or modifying anything including settings, fixes out most problems and solves fullscreen / resolution errors for most ppl.

I am trying WinEQ2. but it wants to launch EQ.exe instead of the "launchtitanium.bat" that is suggested for project1999.

I play in Windowed Mode with a reso that fits my screen. I found it to be the work around that worked best for me regarding this issue.
