Default /sit should not just toggle

Just a place holder thread until I can find data.

The command /sit should act as a toggle.

There was a way to force a stand before /stand was introduced. This command was /sit off. This command should continue to exist even after /stand was implemented.

Additionally there was a command to force a sit: /sit on.

As it stands no matter how you use /sit it just acts as a toggle.

I'm having difficulty finding my classic manuals at the moment, I hope to update the thread with evidence for /sit on and /sit off when possible.

I had a quick Google as I don't have classic manuals to hand.

The above result is dated 2003 (pretty close to era) and mentions /sit on.

Abashi: Let's see if he can sit down correctly here. (He makes the troll sit; showing a new animation with the troll visibly setting his hammer down beside him.) Yeah, it still penetrates the ground. (gets up and moves). Programmers have some strange things every once in a while. Right now, to sit you type /sit and to stand up is /sit off.

Lum: You're lucky it isn't /sit 0.

/stand now implemented. We've added this command because not everyone speaks programmer and would think that the logical reverse of /sit would be /sit off.
