I can try to work on this. They're kind of a pain in the ass. Just to verify, you want 2 L x 5 W? Not 5 L 2 W?

Anyway, if some of you want the Velious style resizable buff window window:

Just dragging and dropping the files from the Velious UI won't work - you'll need to drag and drop the two files linked above. You may want to loadskin default and make sure the buff window is fully on screen before you reload qqui with those files.
