I had an account hacked last month, I get people from all over the world trying to log into my shit and steal my money and identity or something.
This is globlizatioN! I say shut it down and make internets that only people in certain contries can access. Internet Nationalism! its not like it doesnt work that way for ALL commercial products. Want to watch netflix in australia? Well have we got the ONE show for you! Lets just make it so you cant log into my fucking bank account from the pacific islands for christ sakes. | ||

Most orgs are terrible and only rely on encryption and do not bother setting multiple layers of security so all it takes is one vulnerability to own their entire network. It would help if this was enforced better at the national level. That will cost $$ though and be prone to corruption. And or neglect or over reliance. | |||
