We really do live in times where this is a requirement. Also some of the alt-media sites that spring up on Facebook (click the ads on our "news site") type links are equally unreliable, biased and often no more than click bait.

Apparently America's process of giving conventional chicken meat chlorine baths, doesn't actually rid chicken of listeria and salmonella.

So it was done mostly to make us feel better all these years I guess. The only reason we don't have a lot more food born illness is market dynamics I'm guessing.

We need more money in science testing this kind of shit.
