Answering an old post but I had the same problem:

Open up the EQUI_PetInfoWindow with notepad and change those 2 lines at the end from:

<!--<Pieces>PIW_Pet_HPLabel</Pieces>
<Pieces>PIW_Pet_HPPercLabel</Pieces>-->

to:

<Pieces>PIW_Pet_HPLabel</Pieces>
<!--<Pieces>PIW_Pet_HPPercLabel</Pieces>-->

What I havent figured out is a way to have mana displayed the same way as HP.

Having current mana AND max mana instead of just the current amount

This can be done by changing EQTYPE 124 to 128.

This should be in EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml

So
<EQType>124</EQType>

Becomes
<EQType>128</EQType>

Just edit the file and change it back to <EQType>124</EQType>

If your game is still messed up then you may have different problems.

How do I get "just" the big spell bar for my UI? Which files are they? I like my current UI but love that big spell bar. Have tried moving some files over but haven't been successful.
