How is Siryado not banned? He rolled on Shady Goblin, then ignored the winner and stole the goblin for himself.
Llandris said shortly thereafter here in the forum that the staff would be punishing roll-breakers, so ... again, how is this loser not banned?

Well, his punishment might not have been a "banning". That seems a bit extreme for sniping a quest mob. So perhaps either he already served his punishment, he never got one to begin with, or they haven't gotten around to delivering the punishment.

scumbag aside, if this guy did agree 20k for 2, I really don't see the argument of waiting to hold payment until both are delivered. Logging to a mule in EC takes like 2 minutes.
I could only see this if you paid a premium (say rate is 8k per) but you wanted to pay extra to get his next two. Even so, I don't see why you don't give at least 8k or some kind of good faith payment.
