Default bind location

Made a half elf bard (kelethin) started in the bard guild and ran around a bit died and instead of being respawned on the ground in gfay where kelethin characters are default bound I popped back to the guild at creation point.

Not classic

Fixed, pending update

-Corrected all starting locs and bind locs of players starting in gfaydark
