The Azeri's are supposedly using cluster munitions, which deploy shrapnel ground level.

In this video, watch the white paint on the tree front and center. Watch the two cars parked on the right.

The video shows several salvos. Every time one comes in, you can see black pockmarks on the white paint and the cars are perforated also and their tires go out.
