GM's also restored my fungi tunic I turned into Altunic Jartin instead of my cloth tunic recently very quickly. Took about 2 weeks. Staff is more responsive than ever and also adding more staff to help. Thank you staff!

What's a general wait time, mine was tagged by another guide for verification a few months ago but hasn't been looked at since?

Took a month for one item and most recently 3 months for another item, after Sirken had verified it, to be reimbursed on Red.
