Is it worth learning Bind Wound as a Bard?
Considering you have healing songs like Hymn of Restoration, Cantata, etc, is it still worthwhile to learn Bind Wound as a Bard? Can you use Bind Wound without breaking a song currently in play?

It depends on your level, your bind wound skill, and what type of stringed instrument you have.
You can twist Niv's Melody of Preservation and Cantana of Replenishment to stack regen with a good loot is about 50hp regen per tic at level 60. The question would be at what skill level does just cantana and bind wound beat it out.

What I'm mostly curious about is, does using Bind Wound break a song? If you use Bind Wound, does it end your song and force you to activate it again?

You can bind wound while invis. This is probably only relevant to wood elves (hide) as starting to cast spells (song) voids a bind wound attempt.
Otherwise the constantly casting spells thing puts a bit of a dampener on binding wounds.

A song already playing will not be interrupted by bind wound, but you will be unable to be twisting while your actively binding. You could twist between binds, but I'm not sure if you could keep both songs up doing it that way due to how long it takes to start a song and how long binding takes.

Not to mention, Bind Wound is the ONE thing bards can't do while running around, even if it's on yourself. Useless.
