Is it worth learning Bind Wound as a Bard?

So just slap on a Lute and twist Hymn/Cantata?

-Caps at 50%
-Can't use while moving
-Limits twisting ability
-Have to carry bandages or proc the knife
-Already have decent restoration

Not really worth the hassle imo
