Default Ortallius - Eating rings

BUG - NPC Is eating the quest items

* All dialog is followed
* Quest works ... sometimes
* lost a dozen quest items / turned in 3 or 4...
* talked to several people who did the quest and they said give him 1 ring (quest says 3)
* NPCs are NOT keeping track as i took 7 or 8 videos and several rings in a row were being eatN

Personally haven't had a problem turning in three at a time. Though when I accidentally handed in one I wasn't able to give him two after it for quest credit.
