Default Rogue Epic and Hate Items

I’ve seen confusing information on whether other permanent worn haste items(COF, etc) stack with the epic haste? Some say it doesn’t and some say it only affects BS cool down.. anyone clarification would be great!

haste from the rogue epic is just like any other worn haste item, they don't stack, the highest one will take effect and any worn haste will then stack with buff haste like enchanter/shaman haste and bard haste songs

Yea. Basically besides haste cap limited for lower levels a 60 can get 100% haste by stacking one of each:
1. Highest Item (worn)
2. Highest Spell/proc/song (v1)
3. V2 bard song (5/10% lvl 50/60 Ervaj songs).

Not including quivers for bow haste those are the normal 3 and the bard v2 songs will only be played if they are the main haster or you have celerity from a shaman. Even then, possibly not for other song choices.

At 60 with an epic you can cap haste with an enchanter casting Shissar, AQ, WR, and basically VoG 59%+attack). Some stacking may happen though is the song/proc/worn effect has other perks like AC or attack power. The CoF in this case is just giving stats.
